Okay, I'll go for my classic "before and after": my 55-pound weight loss of September 2005-June 2006. I dropped from 210 (before) to 155 (after).
Of course, I ended up falling off the wagon over the past 2 months, and have gained about 5-10 pounds. Today's actually Day 1 of my renewed efforts. Onward and forward!
