Okay, I'll go for my classic "before and after": my 55-pound weight loss of September 2005-June 2006. I dropped from 210 (before) to 155 (after).

Coincidentally, I happened to (finally) watch Lost In Translation this evening. Lo and behold - Mr. Bill Murray and company provided a double-heart!
Lost In Translation was a much better movie than I'd been expecting to see. The movie was actually quite touching, without engaging in much of the wankery of The Virgin Suicides. (I tried to come up with a better word than "wankery", and remain stumped.)

Yet another photograph that I happened to have floating around. This print (lithograph?) was purchased on my honeymoon in Vancouver, BC. I highly recommend a trip to Vancouver - it's a gorgeous place. Did you know that palm trees grown in Vancover? Well, they do. Cool, huh?
